Hi, I’m Kat Angove.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what I believe in.

I believe lasting health doesn’t come from rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. It comes from understanding you — your lifestyle, your goals, your challenges and what actually feels doable in real life.

My coaching approach is holistic, practical and deeply personalised. Together, we look beyond quick fixes and focus on building habits that support your physical health, mental well-being and long-term vitality. I meet you where you are, without judgment and help you move forward at a pace that feels both supportive and empowering.

Rather than telling you what you “should” do, I work collaboratively with you to uncover what works best for your body and your life. This includes guidance around nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep and mindset — always tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

My role is part guide, part educator and part accountability partner. I’m here to help you build confidence, clarity and consistency, so healthy choices feel natural instead of overwhelming. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s progress, self-trust and a healthier relationship with your body.

Health should enhance your life, not control it. My mission is to help you feel stronger, more energised and more connected to yourself — in a way that lasts.

To your health,

A signature of name Kat.

Client Reviews

“Having a person who is interested in you and a relationship that is focussed on what you need to do rather than generic advice is so much more powerful and equips you to achieve your goals in a way that you can feel proud of.”

“I found the experience of working with Kat to be enjoyable and rewarding (and I'm a naturally sceptical person so I wasn't quite sure what to expect!). Kat was relaxed, good humoured, well-informed and responsive to questions and requests for follow up information or ideas (such as breakfast recipes). I really appreciated that she was alert to the realities of trying to make sustainable changes whilst being a working parent.

Slightly to my surprise, I experienced some benefits very quickly - not least by cutting right down on caffeine, swopping my breakfast for a (really nice) sugar-balanced breakfast and eating more nuts as a snack at work. My sleep improved, as did my energy levels over the course of the day. I am confident that I will be able to continue the bulk of what we tried in a 'bite-sized' approach over 6 weeks and I expect to see my weight drop slightly too. Finally, I am pleased to be able use some of my newly acquired knowledge when cooking for children too.”

“I’m really pleased that I can try some of this with my children too. It was a really interesting 6 weeks, I enjoyed working with Kat and would recommend to others (especially women who grew up in the ladette 90s!).”

“Working with Kat was just what I needed. Previously I'd tried every diet in the book and had accepted that lots of current thinking around dieting is dated and ultimately fails and so it wasn't something I was keen to repeat. That said, I had tried sugar balancing briefly before and knew I had felt better doing it, so I knew lots of the things I should be doing and I couldn't quite work out why I wasn't given that by the time I contacted Kat I felt terrible, was tired all the time and was putting on weight but my motivation and belief I could change was really quite low.

Meeting regularly with Kat we worked through my motivation, goals and what might prevent me from meeting them. That allowed me to really consider why I wanted to improve the way I eat, how I would benefit and what I could do to head problems off at the pass. Meeting regularly also meant I had positive encouragement, a chance to check and ask questions and realign my thinking towards a more positive approach to food and making choices that would result in long term health and wellbeing.”

“The sessions were relaxed, interesting and fun and I never felt that she was judging me or disapproving of any of my bad habits! I did not feel overloaded with information, although more was available if I wanted. Kat was a good listener and very responsive to my thoughts and questions throughout. I would thoroughly recommend her as a Health and Wellness Coach.”

“Having never done anything like this before, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. What I have achieved in just a short space of time: a much better understanding of what to eat and how it affects me; a change in diet and mindset; an increase in daily activity (my work is sedentary) and a plan of exercise with clear goals for the next few months. I feel more alert, full of energy and starting to lose weight. Thank you Kat for your patience, suggestions, sense of humour as well as good advice and support throughout this successful process.”
